2016 has been a very busy and productive year for St Edward's P & F. As this is my first year of being President, it has been a pleasure to work with the other members Bronwin Lay, Rach Arnott, Carolyn Austin, Bec Phelan, Bec Brown, Jane Atkinson, Meg Jobson, Kylie Nash and Marg Duguid. I would also like to thank all the parents who volunteered their time to help with our fundraising events throughout the year. We have a great school, fantastic teachers and by  working together we have raised money to go towards helping out our children's development and needs.

Our fundraising calendar saw events such as, hosting a luncheon for the Orange Motorcycle club, Mothers day Movie night, serving at he Canowindra Players, Battery Drive, Cadbury chocolate boxes, Fathers day breakfast, cooking breakfast at the Charles McCarron Car auction, Spring fling bush dance, Crazy camel and Christmas raffle. The general running of the canteen and clothing pool throughout the year.

We have also been successful in applying for grants. CSU sporting Equipment Grant $1000 and Cabonne Council Grant $5000 to go towards the new play equipment.

P & F have helped the school in purchasing new school house sporting banners, new fence at the top carpark between toilet block and school hall, an ipad charging cabinet as wall as new playground equipment that will be installed during the Christmas School Holidays. We have also contributed to Year 6 leaders day, life education Van, Christian living Camp, year 5/6 Canberra excursion, bus trip to 52 storey Tree House show and the yer 6 bibles.
